Walk to Wallace Park

The tiny wizzle LOVES to play fetch, so we try to walk to Wallace Park every day if we can.  It's 18 blocks away, so it's a good walk to get there, and then she usually runs for about 45 minutes, until she gets tired, then we head home.  Today I took some photos of a nice lady's interesting garden on Northrup Street.  I had stopped to take the photos and she just happened to be arriving home.  She gave the tiny wizzle a biscuit and I asked if she minded if I took some photos, she said no, so here they are (I think Cortez would approve).
Looked like a miniature Noah's Ark

Interesting ceramic sphere

Two lion statues flanked the front steps, but only this one had a fancy hat.

Lunchtime

We bought some really tasty cheese blintzes from Trader Joe's for lunch today; the Tiny Wizzle was verrrrrrry interested...

Saturday at Washington Park

We took the Tiny Wizzle to Washington Park, and went through the rose gardens again, today.  It was cool, but a nice autumn day for a walk.
