I made this recipe the other night,
Curry Tofu over Swiss Chard, and when I got the Swiss Chard washed and ready to cut up, it just looked so beautiful and vibrant I had to take a photo. If anyone is interested in making this recipe, it's very easy and delicious - I simplified it even more by not pureeing the sauce. We had some basmati rice with it too.
